did I say Oakland specifically? no I didn't. I make fairly regular trips to Cali every year and I see its progression into its current state of being. I go to many different areas of the state and I see it happening all over.
Like I said i was cali raised for about 16 years and it aint the worst but it is far from the best.
I was just giving an example. Not saying that you were talking about Oakland specificially or what not.
