The plugs you should use are the same model as in all of the non-VTEC B-Series, F-Series (ALL), J-Series, and D-Series from 92-2000 (except for the 92-95 VTEC, which was ZFR5J-11).

NGK:
Copper - ZFR5F-11, 30K Miles (my first choice, inexpensive and relatively long life)
Platinum - PZFR5F-11, 60K
Iridium - ZFR5FIX-11, 60+ (105?) (second choice, longer life, and less $ than plat)

Denso:
Copper - KJ16CR11, 30K Miles
Platinum -
Iridium -

I can't seem to find the other two denso numbers, so if somebody has them, just post so I can update this post.

NGK, Sumitomo (OE), or Magnecore wires. No others. And unlike all of the other brands, these don't really wear out. So-tune ups don't invlolve wire replacement.
