That "cell phone" holder is actually two items:

1) A vehicle specific pro-fit mount from pro-fit international, bought that off a dealer from another board (toyota that is)
2) A Motorola cradle kit part # SYN0301A (includes the cradle, mounting hardware to the back of the pro-fit mount, and data cable to connect to a hand's free kit that's like $200 and was not going to buy)
