My guess is the change from OEM pads to axxis metal masters. Other then that possibly the rotors. Were they brembo slotted/cross drilled/blank? If they were no namers then most likely the quality of rotors. Just slap on some OEM pads and some brembo blanks/slotted. After that I'm pretty sure you won't have anymore premature warpage/glazing.
