Wrong section, this is pre-92.

I'm guessing the engine will spin, but not fire with the P75. Is the ECU known to be good? The EX harness shouldn't be needed, since it only has a couple extra provisions for the VTEC system which isn't even needed on a B18B. Is it throwing any codes?
