The only time that something similar has ever happened to me, an electronic control module associated with the ignition timing was about to go.
If I'd been driving the car, I might be able to render a more intelligent response, but it could be anything from a real computer glitch to the computer shutting the car down momentarily for lack of oil pressure or lack of ignition.
If there's something permanently wrong, I think the same people who did your 90K service would be able to diagnose it for you in short order, and I think it'd be a good idea for them to take a look at it to be sure.
