Well, I plugged in the IDE and PS cables, screwed in the grounding screws, closed everything and turned on the computer. A little window above the system tray said "new hardware found - wd xxxxxxx" so it detected my HD. The problem is that the drive doesnt show up in 'my computer'.

What can I be doing wrong? Any help is appreciated.
