What you should do is check if you actually have coilovers or they have just cut the springs. If they are actually coilovers, see if you can tell what brand it is and how old it is. (I want to know the brand to know if its some cheap ebay sh*t). It could just be that they upgraded to coilovers (which are basically adjustable springs with a stiffer ride) and did not change the shocks at all. After putting aftermarket springs/coilovers and not changing the shocks, the OEM shocks usually go out pretty soon after. Maybe it would just be wise to invest in some new suspension set-up. I suggest H&R or Eibach Springs, mated with some Tokico/KYB AGXS/ or Koni Shocks.
