Just do the rears...GSR front brakes are the same except the caliper piston is slightly larger. Not worth upgrading imho. For the rotors, I use brembo...and I use axxis ultimate brake pads. Get some good brake fluid and you'll be good to go.
One reason why I was thinking of upgrading is because my rotors are really warped. What kind of brake fluid do you use? Like a Dot 4 or 5?
