Dude the problem resides due to the lack of asbestos in the pads.
I have brembo cross drilled/ slotted brakes w/ AXXIS metal master pads.

Since they are semi- metallic pads the metal shavings makes the pads squeel when braking.
I want to get new pads and everyone is recommending EBC Greenstuff pads....
Im about to just go to Honda and buy OEM pads and that will clear my issue for sure.

I've dealt with the noise for about 3 months already and am used to it.
