He visted 10 Acura dealership and the best offer he could find was a few hundred dollar off MSRP, after dealering direct with the managers. If you do the math, a MDX would had run DEPENDING on model, up to $48k+. For that price....HELLO X5, HELLO RX330......these 2 SUVs hands down are superior to the MDX.
X5 = Garbage (BMW has had cooling issues with them since they came out, and maintainance is 3x what the MDX would be)
RX330 is nice, but not as powerful (nor as sharp looking in my opinion)
MDX is a great luxury SUV. It starts at about 36k, and that's fully loaded if you ask me (you don't need nav). Quite a deal for what it offers.
But then again, Honda has always been about value anyway, so no surprise there.
