a friend of mine was going home one day and was about to turn on the ignition and then - BAM! the battery blew. her car is a 96-98 camery v6 XLE. the sound was REALLY loud too. she had an interstate battery which she doesnt know when the battery was installed...

in my opinion i think the battery was connected in an incorrect order. because camery is such an highly reliable car, and plus the fact that ive never seen a car blow its battery right when you start the ignition, the only conclusion that i can come up with was that the battery was incorrectly connected. what do you guys think?
