How's the progress going?
I just received my new shipment of protein the other day, and I'm downing 2 shakes per day...about 100g. I'm supposed to be taking in a gram per pound of body weight right? I'm pretty close, considering I take the protein shake with milk and I try to eat as much meat as possible.
Last night I finally matched my body weight (165) on the decline bench. The declines used to be my weakest exercise, but I've been focusing more on that every week. I'm also putting up 60 lbs. per arm on the dumbbell chest press now, which is 10 lbs. more than last week. :wiggle:
The other night I slept funny, so my lower back really hurts and I can't do pushups for shit.
I needa concentrate on flies (sp) to get cleavage... :reechy:
My boobs hurt :wtc:
