On the way back i was driving it really hard. Car was running perfect, hauling ass, passing everyone. About 5 miles from phnx, the light comes back on. I just finished the ride home. Car runs fine while the light is on.
So just about 20 minutes ago, i was on the highway (speeding as usual) and when I hit 110mph the light came back on. Then on the way home, when i would get on it, sometimes it would feel like vtec was kicking in late or something. It would be lacking power, then all of a sudden it would kick in.
I haven't gone out to see what code it's throwing yet, but you guys have any ideas? car has 113k. thanx.

Where do you live so I can avoid those highways? :eh:
But anyway he's right, vtec will not engage if oilpressure is low, not nesc to protect the engine, but because vtec is engaged by oil pressure.
