I would- however- turn the map 90° to the left...so that North stays at the top of the page. Or add a big honkin arrow indicating North.

As far as a time goes, if we plan make it to Infineon by noon...we ought to roll out of the Berkely Marina no later than 11:15am. So if we can get everyone at the south lot by 11:00am for a quick navigation briefing, we should be fine.
