I know.. I installed some presumably OS5 compatible software on my Zire71 last Friday...and it promptly took a massive dump. :a:
Hard resetted it.. it booted fine.
What was hellish was getting the current third party titles back on the Palm.:rant:
It turns out the Backup Conduit had saved all of them...about 320 different shareware titles that I had tried out over the last year, and when it came time to re-install, it simply started at "A*" and went down the list until the Palm filled up...only halfway through the A's...:upset:

What a goddamned nuisance. I still need to rid out those extraneous files too.

Anyway, I feel your pain. h:
