You're required to have front plates in NH. I haven't had mine on in close to a year and have only been pulled over 3 times...with just a quick "Hey, license/registration, put your plates on."

I guess it depends what they look for. My car's not too flashy on the outside except rims/drop, but if they see other shit they may start to stereotype. :dunno:
