I don't think it's a good idea to put 225-50 RA on a 6.5" wheel.
The +39 will also make 225's risky on an OEM ITR.
So I'd vote 205's.
You sure the Volk aren't 7"? I've only seen T37 in 15x7.
I'm not sure why you picked the two types of tyres you picked, but I'd stay away from R compounds on a stock suspension ITR, especially if it's your first track event.
Falken Azenis are very sticky, forgiving, and make noise when you're at the limit.
