Thanks for the replies. To answer your question, I am not exactly sure what isn't legal about it. That's why I wanted to know of a decent performance shop that might be able to take a look. I took it to get it smogged and they wouldn't even touch it. They see non stock parts on a car and freak out. There's a lot done to it. I'll post some pics. I wouldn't mind greasing palms either. So, Guy or anyone else that could steer me in a good direction, that would be great!
