There were several assorted JDM cable transmissions that had an optional LSD.
The '92-'93 GSR had a YS1 cable transmission that had the short gear ratios but no LSD. There was also a '92-'93 JDM YS1 with those gear ratios. You have to watch out though, because every '92-'93 B-series cable transmission is some form of YS1.
Aside from that the JDM Y1, S1 and J1 were used on various iterations of '88-'91 B16A-equipped Civics and Integras. They all have similar gear ratios to the '92-'93 GSR, ITR, and '99-'00 Si, but the Y1 has the taller 4.266 final drive while the S1 and J1 have a 4.4 final drive. LSD was optional on some, if not all, of them.
One other thing to note, is that there are three different styles of B-series clutches. One for '88-'91 cable, one for '92-'93 cable, and one for '92-up hydraulic. The Y1 and J1 use the '88-'91 cable style clutch, which is obviously the same as the one you have at the moment. However if you're going to be taking the transmission off then now would be as good a time as any to put in a new clutch.
Basically if you want to change the transmission I would go for some kind of cable one. Either an S1 or J1, or a YS1 from a VTEC car.
