Humans have had a signifigant level of technology for only 1000 years or so... and only 60 of which we've had the ability to destroy ourselves.

During the Cold War, this was a reality that every american had to confront and face.

Even now, with terrorists' insane disregard for human life, and willingness to detonate one of these nukes in every major city (save a few)... it is my conclusion that-
