Yesh, many a moron. My gf works for a customer service line:

customer: I drove 20 minutes to a service center and they didn't have the part I needed. I think you should give me some kind of free product or discount because your company should keep track of part inventory at your service centers and have the sales reps make sure they don't get out of stock.

me thinking: so you want something free because you are stupider than the average person who would just call ahead and ask if they have the part before leaving. :thinking:
