Nothing is more frustrating than people who get mad at the salesperson as a result of their OWN ignorance. If the client can't describe what she wants, she needs assistance from someone who can.
BTW, it's customers like yours that motivated me to leave retail computer sales for work in logistics and private tutoring. At least as a private tutor I can pick my clients. :chuckles:
