I highly doubt its a OEM lip...I was at the dealer and they were selling a 97 ITR lip for $400...That one is probably fiberglass and some crap....Comptech isn't too bad...they just don't stay on too well, but the quality is good and if you can find a way to secure it to your bumper then you're all set.
