All four shock bodies set to 5-7 will not damage anything else and you will experience predictable drop and the comfort of knowing the spring/shock body are matched.

Eibach/Koni, non adjust pretty comfy

HR springs and koni or bilstein shocks pretty comfy too

All of these probably need camber kits too keep that in mind
