Well I can tell you right now that unless you want serious rubbing issues, you don't want 18x8 38 offset.

With a 7.5" wide wheel, 42-50 offset would work great. With an 8" wide wheel...you'll probably need 45-50...and don't quote me on the 8" wide wheel offsets...not many people run an 8" wide wheel on Accords so I don't know what the ideal offset is...but I'm guessing 45-50.

*edit, I just looked at those wheels online...the 8.5 is just too wide, and the 8" wide wheel comes in a 35 offset...so bottom line, they aren't made to work with your car. Sure, you could bolt them up, but they'll stick out and rub.
