That's 230 to the wheels. Assuming somwhere along the lines of 12-15% drivetrain loss that means about 255 to 265 hp at the crank. In a 2600 lb car that's just about 10 lbs per hp. In a 3200 lb car you would need 320 hp at the crank to produce a similar ratio.
