Since you're on a somewhat limited budget and I'd say it's a pretty good assumption your daughter isn't really concerned with performance, perhaps a Civic that's a bit newer would be a better idea.

For your money you could definitely get like a '98 Civic EX which has pretty much the same features as an Integra LS although it's not quite as powerful.
We've talk about other Honda models... she may welll have to settle for something other than an Integra. She's okay with the Civic Coupe, likes the Accord Coupe better, but neither of these hold a candle to how she feels about the Integra. She is not concerned with performance, she is not an accomplished stick driver. I just think the mileage on the Integra in question is almost too good to pass up.

If it's from a dealer/certified seller, usually they dont sell high mileage cars due to earlier mechanical failures, so if they are certified its usually a safe bet. If she knows how to drive manual you should maybe look into manual, it might be a lttiel cheaper.
The car is from an Acura dealer, but no mention is made of this being an Acura Certified Used Car. I told her I'd like to finish teaching her to drive stick soon... she's open to that.

Thanks for the replies...
