set a very high shutter speed. The shorter amount of time the aperture is open, the less likely the object that is moving will be blurry. But, because the shutter speed is higher, it lets in less light meaning that its got to be fairly bright out in order for the subject thats being photographed to be seen without the picture being too dark.
