yes it is....i regret doing it to my car...oh well... but if you think it looks good for now. All i can say is take off the parts, wash them really good, maybe even use alcohol to clean them. After cleaning them, wet sand them with 400 grit sand paper. After that wipe it with alcohol or water and soap to clean the residues off the parts. After that spray it, follor the directios on the can on how far you should spray. Oh yes, THIN coats... I **** UP the first time using THICK coats. So THIN my friend...THIN
