I would use a flare wrench, open ends will strip the tube fitting.
I think the size will be 10mm, maybe 12mm. If your buying the tool get a 10-12mm combo flare wrench, this will work on most hondas for everything tubing wise. The bleed screw is a 8mm I believe. Other than that, it's pretty straight forward.
