Update, The egr valve was bad and replace it, but still doing wierd thing. I unplugged the wire clip from the egr control box(driver side by strut, black box) and I don't get the problem with that unplugged. Could it be the egr valve control solenoid? I think that its not letting the egr valve open and thus creating the major power loss cuz nothing gets through the egr valve?
