I have a 1997 Civic Ex with 125,000 miles on it and the CEL just went on. I am pulling code

P1456 Evaporative Emissions (EVAP) Control System Leakage (Fuel Tank System)

What exactly does this mean? How can it be fixed? Is it an easy/quick fix? I need to get my emmissions tested, and I am guessing that this won't fly. Any help is appreciated. TIA
