because it is funny when cops do stupid chit and we can point out how miserable their lives are and laugh a little laugh while pointing at them..reminding them of high school where they didnt have any friends...which made them bitter and longing for a postion of power where they could exploit people and get back at everyone who made fun of them for sucking at life....ya that pretty much covers it
