Yep. Lawsuits for years. Against anyone and everyone involved. Bus accidents are terrible for litigation just because of the sheer numbers of people involved and the fact that those things don't have any seatbelts (or at least they didn't last time I saw. However, that could be changed by now, I hope)
when I went to school the buses had seatbelts but we weren't allowed to use them....I'm not exactly sure why...but we weren't
