I have the H&R sports with Koni Yellows. I like it...a nice balance of handling and everyday ride quality. I keep the shocks on full soft for everday, and crank them up a bit for a drive out on the twisties.

The Koni's are also Damping adjustable, but their range is much much narrower than the Teins. I had the Neuspeed Sports, and Koni's on my 5th gen, and the Teins on my TL-S. The Teins are a better combo in my opinion, and the price difference between the 2 is very little. Toss in the EDFC Unit for the Teins which adjusts each shock electronically from inside the car, and youve got some serious fun.
