minimum stock fuel pressure for the h22a1 i believe is 31-33 psi, max stock is 39 psi pushing 80% duty cycle on injectors
sounds like you are running quite lean, maybe you should bumo your FP up a bit.
i am assuming you have a stock fpr and im assuming you disconnect the vacuum and plug the intake plenum side to test the pressure.
