dont get a header if u are planning to boost ur car with turbo, u will need to get rid of them anyway later if u are boosting,

intake header exhaust will give u like 15 horses at the most , look on importtuner.com and search powerpages where they do tests on bolt ons

u probably wont see 20 just from an intake , check turbo-kits.com for serious power, but make sure u know what u r doing if u are gonna boost.

also body kits dont really actually help aerodynamics they r for looks
