I have a 1998 Accord LX 4 Cyl. The "check engine" light came last week, took it to the dealer and he said there was some problem (I don't remember the code) with 3rd/4th gear shifting, fixed it and charged me $85. The "check engine" light came back again next day (last Friday), so I took it back to him. NEED HELP.....Please advise if this is something that would cost $700 to fix. I called a few places (not dealers) but they wouldn't touch an import.. Please help....
