If the dent isn't too bad maybe you can pop it out with one of those suction cup dent removers. I'm just warning you that access to those areas is sometimes kinda difficult even with the interior off since you got all that metal framing in between you and the actual outside panels. I have a dent on my rear fender and I tried using all kinds of dent removal techniques and even though I made the dent slightly less severe, it is still obviously there. I'm gonna make a little bondo project out of it. Good luck.
