wrong buddy. putting only 3 of the 4 bolts in is like signing a death wish. ESPECIALLY, if the 4th bolt that doesn't fit is the inner back right (driver) or inner back left (passenger). each and every one of these bolts are necessary to keep your seat firmly planted on the base of the car and if you happen to get into a seroius accident or a rollover, you will most likely die or get crushed after the seat decides to leave it's spot.


just do yourself a favor, take an extra 15-30 minutes to swap the rails and they should bolt up perfectly fine.
