Let me emphasize:

customers and those with babies pay the same price as those patrons able to physically get out and pump the gas themselves.
They wouldn't be pumping
your gas. I think its more of a civil rights thing, why should these customers be forced to pay more for full service if they are physically incapable of preforming the cheaper alternative? Perhaps its a bit extreme, but thats just what I've heard.
And really, NJ isnt that bad guys. Its a beautiful day out here today where I am, maybe Ill go take some pictures for you haters
