actually, nope. you'd probably have metal-workers and machinists at your disposal, but you wouldn't have tools for yourself. and the budget that goes into creating a concept drivetrain is so high that the engineers over there wouldn't be able to do that "just for fun".
i'm just feeling pessimistic. it's what us engineers do best
