There were actually four-door Honda Integra Type R's made for the home market in Japan. I haven't seen them anywhere else.
It's hard to believe that they made a spoiler for the two door and a different one for the four door, so I think the normal ITR spoiler would fit, but not in the same holes as the GS-R spoiler.
