*EDIT* Oh yes are the JDM front end conversion a bitch to do on these things also?
Well, first off...Welcome to HAN.

DB & DC Integras (Sedan and Coupe, respectively) are both great machines. I think the lines on both sedans and coupes have their own unique elegance. Structurally, the issues for the JDM front end are similar - or so I've heard- nothing too troublesome...

Drivetrain-wise, I'd recommend doing a compression check before commiting, I also am picky about maintenance records on all car purchases - I want to see documentation of the scheduled maintenance. The B-series motors are damned strong and provided the scheduled maintenance is done, they should run beautifully for a long time. If you wind up finding a GSR sedan - not too many were sold - then pay attention to the solenoid and cam seals and the VTEC system in general, just as one would with any DOHC engine. Again, the key to a long lasting motor is keeping up on maintenance.

I'd also use CarFax to verify mileage and title status. The rest of my advice is the general old saws of used-car buying, so I'll spare you.

Good luck in your search.
