$140 isn't a bad price. at the dealership i work at, it is 2.5 hours labor per axle at $85 an hour. plus parts.

and just let them install the pads, they have to take the caliper off to turn the rotor so it isnt like they have to do any more work, except put some moly-kote on the pads(30 seconds maybe?)
