Like Bumnah said, your car is OBD IIb (all '99-'00 Civic's are). The '96-'98 Civics are OBD IIa. As far as I know, a '97 Integra motor will have all the proper sensors and hookups for a OBD II system, and your Civic harness will swap right over, minus a few wires that need extended or whatnot. However, when you go to plug in the '97 ECU in the '00 harness, it won't go. Your best solution will either be to find a '99-'00 LS ECU or find a '96-'98 Civic wiring harness to use (that will mate up to both the motor and ECU just fine).
