I saw that case on Judge judy in the past and to my surprise, you can actually sue your sis for the damage to your car.
Thanks for the advice. You mentioned Judge Judy, I think you are right about being able to sue family memebers but I hope that is not necessary. I did see an epsiode of Ally McBeal where they ruled that pets are "property" and owners are liable for their actions so it seems like my sister would have to pay for the damage to my car. I've been saving up for a spoiler and I hate to have to spend the money fixing my airdam instead.
