I don't think she will be too happy if you tell her you killed her cat, not to mention you want her to pay for the damages to you car. I say pay it urself and move on. (If she still don't know about it.)

I saw that case on Judge judy in the past and to my surprise, you can actually sue your sis for the damage to your car.
