well,50,000 is too much since your tires will need to be changed every lets say 25k miles under normal conditions.

Your tires will wear out FASTER without having the camber adjusted.
I wouldnt even drive 100 miles until i adjust the camber.

I would adjust all 4 if needed. Since accords have a slight negative camber to rear wheels stock.( as I've been told ).
